MOVING WARD 7 FORWARD: INVESTING IN OUR FUTURE
Dear Ward 7 Residents –
I am honored to serve you on the DC Council, representing Ward 7, the best ward in the District! Thank you for continuing to share your feedback, your ideas, and your passion for our community. Your voices are the driving force behind the work we do every day. I believe Ward 7 is not only ready for change—we are on the cusp of something transformational. This week, I released my Fiscal Year 2026 budget proposal, designed to move our community forward and address the priorities that matter most to you.
This proposal is rooted in the voices of Ward 7 residents—through community listening sessions, conversations with business and industry leaders, and the dedicated input of local organizations. You spoke, and I listened. I promised to fight for a budget that centers your needs, and I believe this proposal is a strong step in the right direction.
