Mr. Jaelan Jones

Jaelan Jones is the Constituent Services Coordinator for Ward 7, dedicated to helping residents navigate city services and access the support they need. Before joining the Ward 7 team, he previously worked at the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities (APLU), where he helped strengthen national programming, membership engagement, and data-driven decision making across 255 member universities. His experience also includes leading Guest Experience and Operations for D.C. United, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, and Top Golf International.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Mount Saint Mary’s University. A proud Ward 7 resident, Jaelan is committed to being a reliable and accessible resource for his neighbors. When he’s not working, you’ll find him watching sports, reading, or catching up on his favorite shows and movies
